Interview

Upon a successful phone interview,

an application will be provided.

Requirements & Fees

You must be 18 or over to apply.

If accepted into the program you must bring a non-refundable $500.00 application/entrance fee with you. This fee is for the nine month stay at “I AM OUTREACH MINISTRY”. Checks must be made out to “I AM OUTREACH MINISTRY”.
You must bring your social security card and a driver’s license or official state issued picture I.D. card. You will not be accepted without the proper identification card and your social security card.
You must “agree” to complete the program.

Applications

The application can only be received after you have completed a phone interview with the Intake Coordinator. Once you receive the application, you must complete each page of the application and return to the Intake Coordinator.
